Abstract
This article deals with the defi nition of right pyramid, warns about its certain illogicalities and fi nally suggests a new defi nition as an alternative, which completely changes the notion of right pyramid. Due to this, in author’s opinion, the part of educational program that refers to the mentioned problem area should be altered, including the textbooks which should also undergo certain changes.
