Based on the analysis of relevant literature, the paper identifies the transformative elements of GenAI technology, focusing on its advantages and disadvantages. The research emphasises the potential for personalised learning, adaptive assessment, and virtual assistants, as well as ethical dilemmas, privacy concerns, and bias. The analysis has shown that GenAI offers the potential for personalised learning and more efficient evaluation, but at the same time raises issues related to bias and plagiarism.
