The results have confi rmed a signifi cant infl uence of gender, age and place of residence on pupils\u2019 attitudes toward music. Furthermore, the results have indicated that pupils like listening classical music, and that singing is their preferred activity in Music lessons. The author concludes that pupils like music and that it plays an important role in their lives.
