The data show that 60.6% of parents do not receive any form of social support, while 39.4% of parents received some form of social support (usually financial or material support). The results show that the people of poor financial status are significantly more likely to use various forms of social support &#8211; financial, material, practical and emotional help. The results of research on parents\u2019 satisfaction of perceived social support show that respondents are most satisfied with the informal support system provided by the family members and friends, while they are most dissatisfied with the formal support system.
